Personal Information
I was born in Southern California, and have lived in Southern California for most of my life.
I obtained my salesman's license in 1977, followed by a broker's license in 1979. In order to obtain the broker's license, I took all of the required courses at the local community college, College of the Desert in Palm Desert. When all the courses were completed by 1979, I obtained an Associate Degree in Real Estate.
Some of my previous real estate experience has been in Palm Springs, and some has been in the Los Angeles area.
I moved to Riverside in 2001. I deliberately chose to live in Riverside for its affordability, for the charm of the older neighborhoods with interesting architecture, a traditional downtown, its warm climate, and lower electricity cost.
